Our site is equipped with a shipping calculator for your convenience. We ship all parcels via courier, the only exceptions are to rural areas that are not serviced by courier. Please contact us at 1-800-927-1290 if you are having trouble with the shipping calculator, or if you live in an area that is not serviced, and we will give you a shipping quotation over the phone. (The shipping calculator will notify you if you are not in a serviceable area.)
We will gladly accecpt a return or exchange on stocked items. If you receive your package, and it's not what you were expecting, please give us a call & we will provide you with a Return Authorization number, then simply ship it back to us (at your cost). (No shipping charges will be refunded) Note that if what you have ordered is a custom order then the item is not returnable.
If your return is a warranty return, please give us a call to describe the defect or issue, and we will give you the contact info. for the manufacturers customer service. We we treat each warranty issue idividually, and come to a solution that is most convienent for everyone.
